Describe your goal, your sport, an old injury, or a nagging pain — in plain language, the way you'd already message any AI. Repwise turns that into a tailored set of exercises, each with a demo video, form cues, and a prescription (reps or a hold).
Pin exercises into your working list. Save it as a routine — for a goal or a day — and switch between them. Saving a routine moves those exercises into it, so your pinned list stays clean. Nothing gets lost; it's all organized.
Record a set on your phone, or pair a second phone as an external camera. Repwise watches the movement and tells you a form score, what's good, what to fix, and what to focus on next — and counts your reps or hold-time against the target, so you know if you're under, on, or over.
Every rep is saved with its feedback. Scan your recent reps, expand any clip to see the full breakdown, and group your reps into a named workout. Each exercise shows a compact summary — how many, when, average score, average duration per rep.
The loop that used to evaporate now persists — organized, measured, and yours. Across workouts you can actually see progress instead of guessing, and pick up exactly where you left off.
